Poultry business is largely unorganised in India and carried out through small scale operations. This makes quality equipment difficult to come by as they are mostly imported and hence costly. It is also difficult to get these equipment customised to suit individual needs and Indian conditions. We realised this need for good quality equipment and started Skylark Equipments Pvt. Ltd. in 1999. Through this business, we not only satisfy our internal need for specialised equipment but also provide a high-quality yet low-cost alternative to Indian poultry farmers. Digital Incubators
Our indigenously developed digital incubators are a result of innovation and high-precision technology. They are efficient, easy to operate and are available in multiple capacities from 10,000 to 30,000 eggs.
Two main types of incubators available are hatchers and setters
Various models of both these kinds such as S150, S300 and H100 are improvised both structurally and functionally, to keep up with the changing demands of the market
All the digital incubators come with sensors for controlling important parameters like temperature and humidity to aid uniform temperature distribution. Thus, maintaining an optimal climate for appropriate hatching of eggs to give outstanding quality chicks
Setter Trays
The setter trays are designed to comfortably accommodate even large turkey eggs, without restricting airflow around each egg. The two types available are - the standard 126-egg tray and the optional 63-egg tray.

Hatcher Trays
One-day-old turkeys (as well as ducks and geese) are significantly taller than day-old chicks. In response to the requirements of hatcheries specialising in these species, we have developed deeper hatcher trays. A typical tray is 2.3 cm higher than the chicken tray and measures 14 cm in height. The birds certainly benefit from the additional comfort which in turn enhances the quality of the hatchlings.

Our battery cages offer more breeding capacity due to their optimised designs, and come with automatic feeding and egg collection systems.
